Quaint mini campsite next to the farm with 15 pitches, surrounded by a wooded embankment. If you are in the right spot, you can see the dunes in the background, where you can watch the sun set in the evening. You have to put up with the noises associated with a farm with many diverse activities. For real silence, you are better off looking elsewhere.

Personally, I have an affinity for farm life and do not find it disturbing.

Second time @ Nieuw Duinoord: ENJOYMENT once again!!! Hanneke, Albert, and the kids are wonderfully sweet owners and super hosts.
We were lucky in August: the annual BBQ took place on the day we arrived. Fantastically organized! You simply have to experience a stay at this location for yourself! We're going to make it an annual tradition: 5 days on Texel & Nieuw Duinoord every year. We've already booked for next year!

friendly owners, quiet campsite (we were there before the school holidays) clean sanitary facilities. nothing to complain about. wifi, washing machine and games in the recreation room for the less nice days. There is also a microwave and toaster for tent campers. had a wonderful 2 weeks.
