Too bad, we also got in the way and arrived at an empty camper pitch, so we started reading and saw that the harbour master is unfortunately gone, prices have doubled, service has been halved, probably a new municipal administration has come in, very regrettable. Off we go to Hattem next time.

The municipality of Wijhe completely understands how to let something go to hell. I bet the party leaders are eagerly knocking on residents' doors to promote themselves. People, please don't forget that these same parties will resort to this kind of tactic again as soon as they're back in office!

We loved coming to this campervan site, and often, because our daughter and her family live in Wijhe. It was ideal; our own van within walking distance! Jaap always gave us a warm welcome, and even when I was there alone (which was often since the price increase!), he kept an eye on things via camera. And now? The municipality has ruined everything for campervan owners! Nobody pays that much for just a parking space, and now the youngsters have free rein...
