## Location host

Welcome to Camping Ons Wijland, a charming spot nestled in the heart of the polder and surprisingly close to the city of Leiden. Here you'll experience the true Green Heart feeling: space, views, and nature, with meadows teeming with curious cows and the cheerful sound of birds as you wake up. While you enjoy the outdoors and pick up fresh produce from the cheese farm next to the campsite, the rest of the Randstad is still within easy reach.

## Reviews
### SjefMeuldijk - 5/5
*September 2026*

Small-scale and within cycling distance of the Kaagerplassen and the city of Leiden

What a nice campsite, beautiful pitches and friendly owners.

They are expanding next year. Location is great for exploring Leiden and the surrounding area.

The pitches and electricity are a bit expensive.

Very extensive campsite for a small campsite. A bedroom inside and a large lounge area outside. I had an extra large pitch with a hammock. Location ideal for the Kaag and Leiden. Clean sanitary facilities. The only downside is that there is a maximum limit on energy and you have to pay extra. I only had the fridge on electricity and it barely lasted until the next morning; buying extra is €4.
