It is a lovely spot, with a nice atmosphere and enthusiastic hosts. We enjoy staying here a few times a year to visit family and friends, but this time we also paddled straight into the beautiful Veense Polder from our spot. Canoes, SUPs, electric boats, e-bikes—everything is available for rent here. Alpacas in the meadow. Beautiful surroundings for cycling! Grocery stores around the corner. A nice, relaxed atmosphere. See you next time! ### Roelf-en-Ella - 3/5 *July 2026* This could have been a nice camper site, but it just isn't quite there. The pitches are too small, so the awning can barely be extended. The sanitary facilities are substandard. It seems more like they are trying to create as many camper pitches as possible for extra income. It's a shame, because it is a nice location. As a result, the price-quality ratio is poor.
