Beautiful place to stay, trees could be a bit bigger, but you will certainly find a shady spot to sit. Showers and toilets are perfectly fine and tonight we are eating the vegetarian option. The road leading there and the entrance are not suitable for campers wider than 2.10 m and for people who are not adventurous. There is a beautiful walk to a viewpoint overlooking Skopje and the Matka Gorge.

Our advice is to only do it with a campervan. The road is very narrow and rough, and with oncoming traffic you can get into serious trouble or slip on the gravel. Unfortunately, when we arrived, it was full. The owners were incredibly friendly; we checked, but there were three of us campervans. There was a beautiful wild camping spot where we ended up spending the night.
And going to Skopje with an ebike is absolutely ridiculous.

A truly special place, far from civilization. So far away that on the bumpy road to get there, you wonder if you're in the right place. We received a warm welcome from Yasmin, who recommended a lovely evening walk to experience the natural beauty in a different way than in the bustle of the gorge. At sunset, we looked out over Skopje and the Matka Gorge: a magnificent experience! The campsite is still under construction, but everything is basically there.
