according to our findings this camper place does not exist (anymore). Construction was going on. A little further on there is a parking lot but it is dirty and busy. 
We drove on to Camping Bellevue on the edge of the city

Standing here in 2021, the 24-hour security gave a safe feeling. The intention to be here again in 2022, the car park turns out to be a large construction site. Looks like this place could be permanently deleted. Hotel Bellevue is a good alternative.

Next to this parking (at payment counter) is a car wash where I was guarded for 1500 (or € 25,-) including electricity. Nice owner who lives behind it and gave his 06 in case there was something. The restaurant behind it has good WiFi. In the parking lot you pay 1440 for 24 hours.
