The pitch was fine. The opening hours were somewhat unclear. However, it looks like it's open until the end of December. The sanitary facilities were clean. The women's toilet and shower were locked. The owner was very nice.

The place is very neglected. Not mowed, uneven patches. The cottages for rent look neglected and dirty from the outside. The toilet, showers, and a small kitchen are in the barracks. Clean in themselves, but so old that it is unpleasant. The campsite is located by the road in a neighborhood too far from the center and supermarket. At the reception, there was a young man who seemed confused. Since it was already late, we just stayed.

Great little city campsite.

Everything is there (toilet, shower, electricity, emptying toilet cassette, filling water, oven, washing machine/dryer)
Choose your own pitch (in heavy rain, the grass spots are difficult to access)
With a fifteen-minute walk you are on a mountain....beautiful view over Hammerfest! (and from there, a steep path leads you straight into the city)
And indeed, several times a day, reindeer on the campsite.
