It's a private road, and you pay a toll to drive there (currently 50 NOK).
There are several campervan/camping spots along the road, almost all of which have been made impossible (large stones have been placed in front of them).
At the beginning, but only after you've paid the toll, there's a green sign stating that camping along this road is prohibited.
Day parking is permitted in some spots for fishing, hunting, or hiking. Anyway, it's beautiful here; every now and then a car drives by.

From the Doralseter exit approx. 5 km on “Bomvej” (toll road). 50 Krn. Gravel. Easy to do. 

Use coordinates otherwise you won't find it. 

Heavenly spot with wide views. 
The silence here is deafening. 

No facilities outside of that silence!😉
