It is a gravel site with screaming seagulls. You pay NOK 200 for water and electricity. The view isn't very spectacular either. A big plus, however, is the ferry to Alesund. We could take our bikes along and the steward was extremely helpful. We were the only ones there, despite the campsite being full in Alesund itself.

We tried to find a spot at the motorhome sites in Alesund. Didn't succeed, so we came here. Looking back, I definitely prefer this motorhome site. A fifteen-minute walk to the ferry, €17 for a return trip for two seniors, wonderful! Do be well prepared though: you cannot empty your toilet here.

Lovely, peaceful spot.
Electricity and clean water.
Adjacent to the house is a small wooden shed with a mailbox and instructions on how to pay (cash) for €20.

Cross the road straight ahead and walk uphill. Turn right at the next road, and you'll reach the ferry. We withdrew €30 for a return trip for two people.
The ferry departs every half hour until around 8:00 PM. Please note: the schedule varies on weekends and holidays.
