Clean and free changing place. There is indeed no possibility to empty gray water directly, as you often see in Norway. The question is to take a separate drain hose or (as we do) a bucket to collect the water and empty it.

It is a limited sanistation if you want to discharge water you should have a long drain hose to a floor drain in the building
