Beautiful new sanitary building. Very friendly people at the reception. The spots on the grass are not recommended for a camper. Too wet. You can take a nice walk, surrounded by trolls, right to the largest garden chair in the world.

Great location for a stopover, but you can also really enjoy a longer stay here.

The campsite actually has everything. It may be a city campsite, but you don't get that feeling at the campsite itself, surrounded by greenery. Wonderfully quiet, top-notch sanitary facilities (brand new 2026). With a beautiful walk along the river, you are in the lovely city center in 10 minutes, where it is also great to spend time. Lots of fun things for children too. What a nice city, we would love to live here 🤗

Fantastic!

Spacious city campsite by a small river.

Very spacious pitches (4 meters between each pitch).
The new sanitary building opened last week; super chic. Everything is brand new and the spaces are very large, with multiple toilets, showers, and family showers.
Large, tidy guest kitchen and excellent washing-up facilities.
Want to do something? The mountain hike on Oftenåsen is well worth it!

Steinkjer is a larger town with plenty to do.
