Nice place at the harbor, unfortunately only a limited number of mobile home spaces (4-5), very short way to the center, parking ticket is cheap and even includes electricity. Unfortunately, no water, as winter and the temperature are below zero degrees.

February 2020 July 2019 Cheap (water and electricity included in 30 Nok price). Very handy for walking/cycling round Skien. At night be prepared for town noises. We were disturbed by loud music, loud passers by and a horn tooting in the early hours. On the plus side, traffic noises from the road were not an issue!
September 2018 22-08-2018. Nice spacious places on the harbor. Free electricity. You can sit comfortably on your seat in front of the camper. In the old part (approximately above the CP) an open air museum in a park. In the harbor (few meters walk) a lot of catering. Small disadvantage: a lot of traffic - even in the evening and in the morning - along the camper. But for NOK 26 incl. Electricity from 13.30 till next morning 10.00 we can not whine!
