The welcome was friendly at this pleasant-looking camper site with beautifully maintained pitches. We experienced no noise disturbance from the adjacent road. From the campsite, it is a few hundred meters to several nice terraces, the “living” Viking village, and the ferry to Flåm (pedestrians) or Kaupanger (cars).

Great place for an overnight stay if you want to travel towards Flåm, for example.

We paid NOK 450.- inclusive at the end of April 2026. Campercontact still lists the old prices.

So one fixed price (no choice) for camper pitch, electricity, showers, and Wi-Fi.

Great campsite, beautiful sites. We arrived late, and they only had site 13 left with electricity. This is next to the wastewater disposal area and the garbage container, which smelled strongly, which was a shame.
The sanitary facilities are neat and clean. There are 5 showers: 3 free and 2 with tokens. (They also provided hot water without tokens.)
