Great location, friendly welcome, but could be cleaner.

What a wonderful campsite! I don't understand why the previous review gave 1 star, because that is really nonsense. The owner gave us a friendly welcome and was clear about where we could pitch our tent due to the bad weather.

The pitches have an amazing view of the glacier lake, for which the owner is entirely responsible because he bought this land ;-)

The sanitary facilities and cooking area are outdated but perfectly fine.

The welcome was disappointing. The owner was not at all friendly. The price for a campervan and two people was 420 kroner per night, to which you must add the cost of showers, washing machine, and dryer; a night quickly adds up to nearly 700 kroner. There is a very nice view of the lake, the only positive point, but the campsite owner can't be held responsible for that; however, he charges exorbitant prices for it.
