The campsite is closed and there are unfriendly signs.

In short, do not go there.

You can still walk to the glacier, but you can only get there via a bad, paid road. Parking is not possible before the access road.

What a gem this small farm campsite is, run by super friendly managers Berthe and Staffan.
Call them to see if there is a place before you drive over the 11 km long road (Fv435) from the E39...
There are 5 camper spots, but tents and a few caravans can also be accommodated here.
You have a beautiful view of the valley and the mountains, and next to the campsite a waterfall 'rumbles', but in a camper barely audible...

warm welcome. everything is neat and clean. beautiful breathtaking view all around with snow on the mountain tops. next to waterfall so it is not very quiet. 
from here you can walk to the glacier. even better is that the owner takes you to the parking lot above. saves a lot. back walk or hitchhike😜
only very small thing is that you can not empty the chemical toilet. fortunately that is possible on the way.
