Beautiful spot in nature

Lovely little campsite. Diana on reception was super friendly. Our pitch was sufficient for our needs. Showers were ok - the water eventually got hot but the water pressure was rubbish!  There was paper in the toilets. ACSI price €19 pn. Basic shop. Easy cycle to Torreira and also to the ferry at São Jacinto for visiting Aveiro - return journey for 2 with bikes: €7.80! Recommend a visit to the northern breakwater too - pretty bumpy ride though!

We spent three nights at the campsite. It was very quiet; on Monday we were even alone. The secluded location afforded us wonderfully peaceful days and nights. For two days, we enjoyed glorious sunshine on a magnificent sandy beach that stretched for over 10 km without a soul, so we were always completely alone. The search for the path there (about 2.5 km) through dense undergrowth was absolutely worth it.
