We had two peaceful nights here over the weekend. The place feels safe. Opposite the site is a great pastelaria for breakfast (with a restroom). Chemical toilets can be emptied on site, and there are trash bins nearby. A small supermarket is nearby, and a little further on is the tram station where you can take the train to the quay. You can buy tickets at the ticket machine. The trams and boats run frequently and late. You can reach the city within an hour!

We originally planned a 3-night stay, which we cut short on the first night. Young people were playing football nearby and listening to music all night, so we didn't sleep. I gave it 2 stars for the amenities, which allowed us to empty and refill our water for free, but we didn't visit Lisbon. Too bad.

Perfect base for a visit to Lisbon. Train station 600m, then tram to Casilhas (12 stops) then ferry to Lisbon.
