Went here today and came for a closed gate. Closed until time to be determined. It's a shame if you put in so much effort to go to a place that, according to De NKC, should actually be open all year round. The choice is not huge in this period.

Visit this place for years, even with the previous owner and were now in September 2019 again a week there. We can understand the owner well, that he selects his guests, we have the tourist rental with holiday apartments for 6 years and handled it so well. An age group, not all nationalities, because the way of life is often too different and gives rise to Zoff. We will gladly come again next year and wish the family all the best and nice guests, who not only want to have everything for free. They should stand in Obidos on the local pitch for 6 euros and hope that the next morning, everything is there.

Ingenious parking space with top supervisor. We think it's good that there are clear rules for your stay. A few RVs behave as if they own their space and make noise, dirt, and thus the rest of others. Unfortunately the gate was closed on our last visit. Maybe a bereavement in the family? I do not know and hope for a speedy reopening.
