Great location for to visit the Palace and gardens. We didn't stay overnight. All the dedicated bays for motorhomes were full, but there was plenty of room elsewhere to park, especially since it's "low season". The parking itself was free!

Everything has been said. Go eat at Adega do Convento. It is a better restaurant, offering top quality and service for a very acceptable price.
