this site is closed , fenced off with no indication as to when it will open

Beautiful spot with lots of trees, and a swimming pool with sunbeds next to it. €3.50 entrance fee, with a discount after 3:30 PM, and also suitable for children and adults aged 60+.
There are dishwashing facilities and three outdoor showers. We didn't see the toilet, but it's free!
We were just really bothered by small flies.

There are spacious flat places and the fort and monastery of Tomar are within walking distance. But the old campsite is totally neglected and largely occupied by Portuguese who are on holiday here. So for 1 night near a beautiful location the stars, and that is generously assessed I think
