We visited San Marino today and it is highly recommended. The parking lot for campers has changed completely and is on P10 Napoleon Bonaparte and is also not free anymore. From here you can easily go up via the parking garage with the elevator.

A large CP divided over several parking lots on the edge of the forest and close to the gondola that takes you up for a beautiful view. (French) toilet available and a water connection (screw coupling) to tap.
