Excellent rest area, just a few minutes' walk from Koper's historic center. Fully fenced, it has all the amenities: drinking water, wastewater and sewage disposal, electricity; hot showers, toilets, and sinks; very clean.
Some background noise from the nearby highway, but you can sleep.
Reasonable cost: €20 for 24 hours.
Payment via automatic payment machine, but very complicated: cash only, and the machine doesn't give change.

Overall, a fine campervan site for visiting Koper. Clean sanitary facilities and a good price of €20 all-in. The ticket machine is broken. It is best to get one at the bus station ticket office. The downside is that motorcycle races take place on the go-kart track on weekends. This causes quite a bit of noise pollution. You can hear the motorway at night, but it was acceptable for us.

A bit expensive and very complicated to buy a ticket.

I opted for the camper pitch next door.
It costs €1 per hour, but you have to keep selecting until you see it appear tomorrow morning; the total cost is €10.
There is nothing there, but it is only for overnight stays.
Very noisy, but I was very tired and fell asleep immediately.
