Puerto Deportivo

We arrived and after some detours we were at the barrier. The barrier did not open even after repeatedly pressing the black button. A Spanish lady came from the parking lot and said that you needed a special keycard and that it is only for boat owners. after 10 minutes we turned and left. We called the harbor master and he confirmed that it is for boat owners only.

01/02 drove past and there was a bit of a dazed figure with a red vest trying to get you into the parking lot. Can park the camper in the street and explore the nice town on foot. Only later discovered the camper place with barrier. Now a few write that you can just enter through the barrier, but how do you get out, saw a work van that went out with a special pass .. Conclusion, nice camper place that I feel free to go to next time.

great place to stay for a night or so but difficult to find/ enter as Sat nav etc seems to get confused! The entrance with the barriers is right but u have to keep pushing the button to gain entry. No facilities and no one asked for payment. Nice town - Clean ,quite and good for views and walking dog nearby.
