You don't need to be here for this time of year, May/June; it is swarming with small mosquitoes and flies due to the harvesting, and even the mosquito nets can't keep them out. The staff is incredibly friendly; it is a small-scale campsite with many Dutch people. The toilets and showers are clean, but the doors could be a bit higher for privacy. The swimming pool is lovely. The cost is €33.50 including electricity and €28 without electricity.

We could choose between pitches without shade but with a nice view, or one with partial shade but a view of bushes. Whichever spot we chose, we couldn't escape that enormous swarm of annoying little mosquitoes. Until the sun goes down. Hell. It's only for 10 days, we were told. We left the next day. The pool was perfect. So take into account the mowing (the cause) in that area because of those pesky bugs.

Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a small-scale, charming campsite from which to visit Cordoba. Beautiful pitches with views over the fields. Very friendly owners. Excellent restaurant.

The bus stops directly in front of the campsite and takes about 45 minutes to an hour, but it is manageable.
One point for improvement: in my opinion, the toilet doors could be a bit higher for some privacy.
