From Las Arenas we drove to Poncebos (cog railway) and then we drove to Sotres. Big climb for the camper (11 km) with a few times to first gear in a hairpin bend. But this parking lot is great. No prohibition signs for staying overnight and there was now plenty of space. Very quiet.

Sotres looks like a prosperous village. a few hotels and a shop with a limited range, which fortunately also includes bread. Now a busy camper place: today 8 campers and 12 vans, almost all hikers. The majority eat in the village. Road is beautiful, so occasionally challenging….
