It is functional, a reasonable place, showers and toilets are available, and a simple breakfast for €25 pp including electricity. Bus 28 stops right outside the door and takes you to the center in 15 minutes, but you can also reach the city by bike in 15 minutes. In short, not the most beautiful spot, a nice view though, but mainly efficient for a visit to Bilbao.

Disastrous service; after 10 emails to reserve a seat, nothing was reserved. The response on site was that there were no more seats available! Shameful for this price.
