The area is very quiet, with plenty of peace and quiet, a luxury for 12 euros. The owner is very friendly and willing to help.

Fantastic area, but it's already starting to look like a campsite. Loose dogs with filthy owners, barbecues on the plots, disturbances are ignored, and if a vehicle catches fire, who's responsible? The owner should get his act together and put things in order, otherwise, the coexistence will deteriorate.
