Welcoming manager; received all info about Santiago and the surrounding area via WhatsApp before we arrived. The manager took us to the start of the 10 km walk to Santiago! Sanitary facilities clean.

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that you found the check-in experience impersonal. We provide personal service every day of the year, starting in August 2025, from at least 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and usually with longer hours. Thanks to this presence, the area remains clean and well-maintained. Outside of these hours, you can check in using a QR code or wait to be served and pay in cash or by card. We also offer service by phone and WhatsApp.

Upon our arrival, the reception was closed and we could check in via an app/QR code displayed on a board; rather impersonal.

The toilet is clean, though.
Showers are available, but you have to pay for them.

There is a beautiful view from the top of a mountain, though.
