Definitely a place to stay overnight. The sign at the entrance is for trucks. The police come by and explicitly tell you that you can stay overnight here. There is a market on Sunday: the parking lot must be empty on Saturday evening. You can get back on it at 5:00 PM on Sunday. You are directly in the town with many shops and restaurants. The Mediterranean coast is also nearby. There are also many nice restaurants. Facilities at 79021 (€5) or 108000

It is not an overnight place, only daytime parking, it is clearly stated and you will be sent away
