S'Agaro Area

The camper site is beautifully situated above Sant Feliu Guixols town center, a 2.5 km walk or easily accessible by bike. The sanitary facilities could be improved, but they are clean. The site states €17.00 including electricity, but it should be €20.00. Platja de Aro, via the Via Verde, is a pleasant 5 km drive, perfect for a day trip. Water, toilet disposal, and water charging are included. 6 AMP electricity is available.

The walk along the rocky coast is indeed fantastic. However, we rate the site itself as (just) adequate. All facilities are available, but in very basic condition. Maneuvering larger campers requires some skill, especially as the number of guests increases. The price reflects the surroundings more than the site itself.

Okay, the shower and toilet need replacing (we understand they're being worked on). But that's not what you come here for. What a lovely place this is, and we were so lucky there was still a spot available. We stayed for three days, enjoyed beautiful cycling routes, a fantastic coastal walk, and just down the alleyway and you're on the beach (delicious food at Terracotta). This is the Spanish coast we're enjoying. Highly recommended!
