Way too expensive. Or is it a hotel?

Nice place close to the city. But the Price is not 225,- but 440,- swedish kroner

Beautiful location. Showers moderate, soon no more hot water.
NO possibility to empty toilet cassette or dirty water.
Personally, I think it's expensive too.
