A rare, free spot, on the edge of a horse pasture, within walking distance of a small lake.

Free, too, in the sense that everyone does whatever they feel like. Tents, folding trailers, caravans, campers—everything is there. And the locals come to swim or do other things.

It is a shame, though, that the other Dutch camper happens to leave shit and toilet paper behind in his spot. Yes, that is how freedom disappears.

A beautiful, peaceful spot just 100 meters from a lake. I was there on October 8th and was completely alone.
A sign indicates a maximum of two campers are allowed, for a maximum of 24 hours.
Please adhere to this rule to help preserve this beautiful spot.

Nice and quiet! The weather was cloudy with a bit of rain. There were only four other campers.
