Ströms Slottspark

What a peaceful spot, a place worth spending more than just a day. Follow the road to Strandvägan on your GPS, and you'll arrive at the locks. That's the place to be. It can get busy in very nice weather and on weekends, as there are plenty of play and barbecue areas. Our dog even had his own private play area.

The address still hasn't been corrected! I was directed to the motorway rest area on the opposite side!!! Otherwise, the spot is acceptable for an overnight stay. Right next to the lock, a 10-minute walk to the supermarket. Fairly flat, gravel. Police patrol in the evening.

Nice place if you are with small children, nice park with playground equipment. We had a quiet night.
