It is a beautiful place in itself, but Uddevalla is very soulless and there is an awful lot of noise from traffic and young people with extremely loud music. Cycled on the promenade and walked in the woods north of Uddevalla, that is beautiful.

Today I was there and just paid via easypark.nl, just download and pay, but make sure you choose the right parking space

Great place but if you want to pay there are now 3 options: 2 register with your Swedish personal number or with your Swedish mobile number. You don't have that as a tourist.
with your Dutch number you can download the app but you won't get in touch because you don't get a code and you can't become a customer. A Dutch number doesn't work. If you still want to pay: ask a passer-by if he wants to do that and give him/her cash. Municipality/Easypark: sorry!!
