excellent motorhome with very basic outdated sanitary facilities, no waste water tank discharge point. not on the harbor but behind harbor buildings (low-rise) and apartment complex (high-rise). But a price as if everything is up-to-date, hence the 3 stars. railway barely perceptible. nice base to explore place. behind the flats beautiful park at the marina where you can sit & bbq etc.

Very nice person and helpful. Toilet showers, washing dishes easy and very clean. We recommend. Shopping nearby on foot is also possible. Tarmac at the port. You can hear the train until about 10 p.m., it is not disturbing, since one runs about every hour.
