Nice campsite, a shame you have to pay for hot water and there is no shop on the campsite. Otherwise, a beautiful, well-maintained campsite in a nice area. The river is the best and Bern is a super beautiful city.

Beautiful campsite, but steeply priced, and there's a double standard.
You can fill your entire spot with party tents for free, but if you want to pitch a small tent for the kids, you pay an additional 10 guilders. We had no electricity, with 2 adults and 3 kids, and paid 83.50 guilders. Showers cost an additional 1.50 guilders for 3 minutes. Otherwise, a decent campsite for one night.

Friendly welcome at the reception. Possibility of free public transport. Great places for the camper. There is a beautiful flowing river/lake at the campsite. Sanitary facilities were clean. Mixed toilets for both men and women. No separate cubicles with sinks, this had to be done at the sinks of the toilets.
