Remo Camping Altdorf

A genuine transit campsite with a hefty price. The showers and toilets are clean. The showerhead was a bit of a problem, with low water pressure; it literally flew through the shower. As the owner, I'd do something about that.

Excellent stopover site - close to autoroute, clean and modern facilities, supermarket and fuel close by. The pitches are narrow and very close to each other but not a problem for a single night. swimming pool next to site offers 20% discount for campers.

Transit campsite from and to the south. Camping is a big word. Narrow grass strip with narrow pitches. Lots of traffic noise from the main road right behind the pitches. Lots of flies. Manager strictly adheres to the times. Payment is only possible between 14:00 and 18:00. Very nice area around the campsite, beautiful view of the mountains. Close to the beautiful Urner Sea with romantic beaches.
