Unfortunately, it was very crowded, as a large portion of the site is occupied by long-term residents. There were "No Trespassing" signs everywhere, and grumpy long-term residents aggressively sweared at me as I walked past their pitches. That's a real shame. The location is fantastic, the sanitary facilities are very good and clean, the staff are friendly, and the restaurant is top-notch.

In the summer of 2025, we stayed there for a week and had to move our pitch to the gravel parking lot due to persistent rain and the softening ground. It was unsuitable for large motorhomes (over 8m) at that time. There had also been a change of ownership shortly before. Despite our prior reservation, specifying the length, width, height, and weight of our vehicle, the new owners didn't have a suitable pitch available.

The location is good, friendly reception. The sanitary building is very good. Swimming in the lake is of course nice. We did not test the restaurant. The campsite is owned by regular guests who unfriendlyly forbid you to walk around. The few passing places are a bit uneven and became muddy when it rained because a lot of grass had disappeared. Also close to the road where heavy traffic drives so we only slept with earplugs.
