The reception was not very friendly. The sanitary facilities are old. There is no shop, but there is a swimming pool. The price is 300 Tl per night for a camper and 2 people. This is simply expensive considering the facilities. The campsite is not far from the open air museum, the center and the place where the balloons take off.
lees meerVery convenient location for Goreme centre. Amenity block functional. washing machine €5 (expensive). Good views of balloons but noisy early mornings due to their launching/landing close by. Dusty due to adjacent tracks used by quad bikes and 4x4s. swimming pool closed when we visited.
