12 juji 2023. Great quiet location for 1 night in transit. Nice caretaker. Close to the A1 highway only if you come from the north (New Castle) you have to go back on the highway to the north after the Granthem exit. (where you came from) short stretch 1 mile. There is no toilet and shower, but gray water drainage, loading drinking water and emptying chem toilet is there. The train is more metro than train; little noise.

Great place to stay with a friendly welcome. Stand at the back on a beautiful lawn near the railway line. Nice to see the train passing by occasionally. We came for 1 night, but stayed 3. Walk back and forth to Grantham with city visit 12 km. Camp site to the left, track underneath and straight on to A52 and then to the left. Paid £ 12 allin. We were very satisfied.
