A typical English campsite as far as we are concerned.

Large fields with paved and unpaved pitches. The price we paid is 22 pounds per night. The sanitary facilities are fine and clean.
You can walk to the sea within five minutes via a footpath at the back of the campsite along the water. There are few shaded spots, which is a disadvantage with the 37 degrees we are experiencing right now. Just walk onto the campsite beforehand and look for a spot. Then go to reception and register your spot.

Super friendly staff. Sanitary facilities a bit dated, but clean. Every weekend there is a Fish and Chips stall, and a pizza baker and there is a cozy restaurant. With the bike / ferry you are also in Portmouyh. Busy harbor with cozy catering. Spacious places.
