Very quiet location. Higher leveling blocks are recommended. Sanitary facilities aren't great, but usable. Only a handful of electrical hookups. Penzance, Mousehole, and Land's End are accessible via pleasant (and longer) walking trails. Alternatively, the bus stops right in front of the entrance. GBP 25 including electricity isn't a bargain, but quite reasonable for West Cornwall.
