we arrived a bit early and asked if we could already stand on a spot, there were enough places available as we could see. But the manager was inexorable. They didn't receive new people until after 1:00 PM. This despite the 32 degrees. We were allowed to stand in a place, but then we had to pay for 24 hours. After 13:00 we asked for a place in the shade, we also had to pay extra for this. Very unsympathetic reception

Great site, very level hard standing pitches 👍. There is a couple of fields to walk dog by the site entrance near the skate park. Also a dog walk through a gate on site with lovely views. Worth going if you have dogs. Crowborough is a 7 minute walk with plenty of shops along with a few supermarkets. No facilities were open except for washing up 🤗
