## Reviews
### J&TP - 5/5
*August 2026*

Beautifully landscaped campsite with a view over Derwent Water. Not the cheapest; we paid £42.50 per night including electricity. Booking this popular campsite is highly recommended, although we were lucky.

Excellent sanitary facilities that are kept very clean.

Beware: the walk to Keswick and back is beautiful. But also strenuous due to the steepness of the path.

### MarkVandenBerg - 5/5
*August 2025*

Beautiful and well-maintained campsite with a stunning view.
Toilets were clean and tidy.

A good shop with sandwiches, coffee, and various other products.

Nice routes through the forest to the tourist town of Keswick. The return trip is quite a climb, but there's also a bus service.

The campsite is definitely worth it.

We paid 47 euros per night.

### The Dustans - 5/5
*June 2025*

Absolutly brilliant campsite. Facilites and staff wonderful. Best showers we have used. Well stocked shop. Bar next door interesting. Bus service nearby. Just a well run campsite.
