Well, we must have been unlucky, judging by the previous comments. We have been in England for almost four weeks now and have slept at a different campsite almost every night, but this campsite is the noisiest of them all. The screaming went on well past midnight—I saw three o'clock on my watch. A group of children and their leaders were screaming their heads off, with large groups standing close together everywhere. Such a shame!

Stay on 1-6-26. Very warm welcome, lovely spot as the first stop after the crossing to Folkestone. Excellent and clean sanitary facilities. Had a delicious meal in the pub and a pleasant chat with the owner, who had good tips for a walk with the dog. A good start to our holiday.

A very nice location. The warm and friendly welcome from the owner makes you feel like you've known each other for a long time. Beautiful, spacious pitches with all amenities and sanitary facilities nearby. And there is also a pub with a restaurant on site. Lots of tasty beers and excellent cuisine. The location is the ideal place to start or end a holiday on the way to or from Dover. It is also lovely to walk along the canal with our dog. Highly recommended.
