July 2026. £18 without electricity and £23 with electricity. Cash payment. Warm welcome with useful tips about the area.

The campsite is partially surrounded by a hedge and looks neat. In addition to the 8 pitches, there is a spacious overflow area available.
It is a lovely spot here, with a pub within walking distance.

Suitable for self-catering campers.

We took a walk to the lake and went swimming.

We have stayed at this site several times over the years. It is a great site. Well maintained. Good facilities. Great views. The owner, Ruth, is great. Always very helpful. Excellent location for walks/bike rides to Coniston & the lake. Would strongly recommend. Last time we stayed (July) it cost us £18/night without EHU.
