Nice campsite with good facilities, stayed one night for £35 without electricity, were allowed to choose a spot on a large grassy field.
It is quite unusual in the “day room” that all appliances—toaster, hotplate, microwave—work on tokens, costing £1.

Excellent campsite, a good base for walks.
Good toilet facilities. Within walking distance of Keswick (about half an hour). A steep climb on the way back.

We stood on the large lawn without electricity. You will be guided to your seat by the manager. Blocks are necessary to make it slightly less crooked. These can also be obtained from the manager for a deposit. Beautiful view over the mountains. We paid GBP 30 for 2 people for one night.
