Stayed here today and wanted to stay two nights. the place should cost over 35 pounds per night, is far too expensive for the location (on the mountain, in the middle of nowhere). The pitch is also offered much cheaper on the "Pitchup.com" website. Despite the ASCI sign on the door, nobody wanted to know anything about the card.
lees meerGreat location, neat campsite with grass and paved pitches. Friendly staff, helpful and adjoining a pub where you can also eat something. Facilities were neat and clean. Walk to Lynmouth or Lynton is doable but quite a climb or descent. Taxi is easy to arrange if you want to go to the villages.
This campsite has since been renovated, beautiful spacious pitches, paved and on grass. Sanitary and other facilities are in tip-top order. Beautiful views of Lynton and sea.
