The location is beautiful. It is a large meadow with plenty of space. You can call for the gate code to gain access. However, the title 'campsite' is an exaggeration. You can dispose of your trash and empty your toilet, but not flush it. The town of Rye is a really nice town and certainly worth a visit!

The facilities are indeed very meager, but the location is beautiful. To enter the field, you have to pay 10 pounds to the owner at the end of the road on the right and ask for the code for the lock.

Apart from a tap and a trash can, there is absolutely nothing, but what a great place. A huge lawn with a stunning view. A short half-hour walk along a public footpath to the beautiful town of Rye. £10 per night and, as mentioned earlier, you don't have to be a member of a club.
