I've been treated like a criminal for using a service that they stop offering without notice or announcement. I arrived at 20:30 and a man came when I was nearly finished (21) and accused me of "creeping in" at night. I consider that the three times I apologized after his insistence was enough, but he kept insisting and crushing me to make me feel as a criminal when it was never my intention to do anything wrong.

great place - as described with toilet and water. near Carluke station where there is a large P + R so that you can be in the heart of Glasgow within 45 minutes. we have not been bothered by the main road (at night it is quiet enough).
